XRP continued to get a green signal across the world. The adoption of XRP by a Swiss-based cryptocurrency exchange, Lykke was yet another great announcement which was widely appreciated by XRP community. Announced on October 30, 2018, Lykke Exchange rolled out XRP trading in pairs with USD and BTC with 0% fees.
Though 2018 has been a lousy year for many companies’ which runs on cryptocurrency mechanism but XRP’s achievements are kept pouring very often. Lykke allows users to trade XRP directly via Lykke Wallet mobile application and Web terminal.
Lykke is a semi-decentralized trading platform for virtual currencies and fiat. The exchange offers the trading of all possible assets – including Fiat to fiat, fiat to crypto and crypto to crypto. Nevertheless, it offers to trade with zero commissions and fees and has its own native token, called LKK. Though the exchange is not on limelight very often, but it provides different services including liquidity, insurance and consulting to clients across the world.
As far as the announcement is concerned, Lykke was very excited to list XRP with USD and BTC pairs. Additionally, the exchange was in talks with a possible partnership with Ripple ’s xRapid but the official confirmation is not yet revealed.
Moreover, the world’s second largest cryptocurrency, XRP is now valuing the total market cap of $15,277,542,846, gaining 8.78% during 24hrs. As ripplecoinnews reported, the top cryptocurrency exchange in the world, Binance rolled XRP as a base currency on its platform by pairing it with Tron (TRX) Zcoin (XCZ).
